HISTORY OF OUR SCHOOL
Sachidanand Gyan Bharti Model School (SGBMS) began its journey in 1999 with a modest start of 25 students and 10 dedicated faculty members, driven by a strong vision to provide quality education rooted in values, discipline, and excellence. Over the years, the school has grown steadily in trust, reputation, and strength. Today, SGBMS proudly educates numerous students and is supported by over 54 experienced teaching faculty members, committed to nurturing young minds holistically.
Now recognized as a well-known co-educational, CBSE-affiliated school across Jharkhand, SGBMS blends modern, technology-driven education with Indian culture and values. The school focuses not only on academic achievement but also on character development, life skills, and future readiness.
The institution is presently led by Ms. Sumita Sen, Principal, whose leadership emphasizes academic excellence and student well-being. She is supported by Ms. Monika Shrivastava, Director – Academics, who oversees curriculum innovation and teaching standards, and Mr. Amresh Kumar Srivastava, Managing Trustee, whose vision and guidance continue to steer the school’s progressive growth. I established this institution in honor of my father, Late Shri Sachidananda Prasad, a man of wisdom and principles, whose life continues to guide and inspire us. It has been my dream to create a place where modern and technology-driven learning seamlessly integrates with the richness of Indian culture and traditions.
